There are glorious sea views which allow you to watch the sunset over La Gomera which allow you to watch sunset in your own balcony. The apartment is a 5 minutes stroll to Las Americas beach and 10 minutes walk to Las vistas beach area with numerous bars, restaurants, shops and banks along the way. Bus/taxi stop is just opposite the road. Big super market is just opposite the road, convinient store that sell cheap liquors, cigars are just in the building premises. Internet cafe, international phone booths, excursion office are also in building premises. All you needed is just within your reach.

The apartment is on the 9^th floor which gives you a nice view of the shared pool and complex the newly refurbished pool can be viewed from the terrace, lovely garden and tennis court of the community, as you enter the hallway to the main door you could see the sea view of Los Cristianos and the beautiful scenery of the Mt. Teide.

Kitchen

Newly fitted equipped kitchen has 4 hob,oven, microwave, kettle, blender, coffee machine, sandwich maker, juice extractor, fridge and toaster. A washing machine is also provided. All cutlery and crockery are provided. Glass round table and 4 chairs are provided.

Living room

32¨ LCD television, International Satellite dish, DVD/CD player, radio, seating for 4 people, via sofa bed that converts into double bed.

Balcony

Balcony with table and chair for 4 that give you a nice view of the shared pool and complex the newly refurbished pool can be viewed from the terrace, lovely garden and tennis court of the community, you can watch the sunset while relaxing on your terrace.

Bedroom

With a spacious room that fit a kingsize bed, bedside tables, night lamp and a big wardrobe.You can view from the window the fantastic sea view of La Gomera. Electric fan is provided.

Bathroom

Newly fitted toilet and bath with shower and glass enclosure, crystal cabinet for your storage, wash basin with illuminated mirror.

Utility

The apartment is cleaned before your arrival. Beach towel, bath towels, face towel and bed linen is provided and is changed weekly. Hair Dryer, Cleaning equipment left at apartment for own use if required. Iron and Ironing are board provided. We provide baby´s need upon request FREE of charge such as Travel Cot (baby´s bed) and linen, high chair, bath basin, car seat. Airport to airport Transport can be provided for the extra minimum amount. Car rent can be arrange for you so you will just have to pick it up in the airport.

Activities

Cycling, motor bike, motor cross, snorkling, scuba diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, paragliding, sailing, surfing (5 mins away from your door step), tennis, water skiing and wind surfing, boat fishing, boat trip to see dolphins and whales, submarine, mountain hiking are all available and there is a 2 large proper go-carting near the area. The new Siam Park which is the biggest in whole Europe is just 10 mins walk and 3 minutes by car. The Aqua Parks are all with in 5/10 mins away by car or taxi. Jungle Park is 10 mins in the car which is fanstic for kids. Loro park is an hour by car or coach (Free tranport by bus/coach). Monkey Park is just 5 mins by car. Camel Park is near Chayofa which is 10 minutes by car.

The are is just 5 minutes away from all the bars, restuarants and night life the PATCH Area which is one of the popular location in the south of Tenerife. A 5 minutes walk to the Safari Center which where all the best restaurants, shops, and shower fountain are, on the opposite road of that shopping center is the Palacio Congreso which conducts one of the best in the world Spanish Flamingo dance of the famous Carmen Mota. The unique stracture of Magma Center is 5 mins walk which conducts concerts, Russian Ballet, art exhibits, and different expositions.
